Three traders are dead as a result of a horrific accident at Mallam Junction.
A commercial truck (trotro) lost control and swerved into vendors who were setting up shop on the roadside, resulting in the incident.
The trotro, registration number AS 4719-18, was reportedly from Gbawe Zero when its brakes allegedly failed.
The car crashed into the unwary traders because the driver lost control of the vehicle.
Some traders were hit by the out-of-control vehicle before they could respond, while others saw the impending danger and were able to escape.
It took a lot of work to free the three traders who were stuck beneath the trotro.
Concerns regarding vehicle safety and roadside trading have been raised by the accident.
