Last night in Sunyani Mantukwa, Bono Region, a Toyota RAV4 and a “Pragya” collided in a terrible tragedy.
Seven youngsters were reportedly on the trike when it crashed on Thursday night at around ten o’clock.
It is said that all seven of the youngsters on the trike died there and there.
The only occupant of the Toyota RAV4, the driver, reportedly fled the scene as soon as possible after the incident to escape being attacked by a potential mob, according to witnesses.
The bodies were retrieved by the responding police officers.
The cause of the crash is being investigated, as well as the identity of the SUV’s driver.
