John Kumah ‘s Burial Set for May 18

John Kumah, the former Deputy Finance Minister and Member of Parliament for Ejisu in Ghana’s Ashanti Region, rest in eternity on Saturday, May 18th, 2024. The final funeral ceremonies will be held on Sunday, May 19th, 2024.

The 45-year-old legislator passed away earlier this month after a short illness, survived by his wife and six children.

John Kumah is in esteem his integrity and dedication to fostering employment opportunities. He served as a source of inspiration for both the youth and the elderly within his community.

He championed initiatives aimed at job creation and economic development, leaving a lasting impact on his constituents and the nation as a whole. His commitment to public service and his efforts to improve the lives is in remembrance by all who knew him in his lifetime.

A one-week observance took place in Ejisu on Thursday, where dignitaries such as Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, as well as sympathizers, gathered in Kumah’s hometown to mourn his loss.

 

Numerous attendees, including his constituents, wore red and black attire to express their sadness and mourning. They fondly recalled Kumah as a diligent individual who devoted his life to serving the public.
