Nine people have been hurt in a violent altercation between National Democratic Congress (NDC) and New Patriotic Party (NPP) supporters.
The altercation happened on Sunday, October 13, in the Accra suburb of Mamobi.
The police released a news release that included this information.
“Two of the injured individuals are still receiving care at the hospital, while seven of the injured persons have been treated and discharged,” it continued.
The public was reassured by the Service that peace has returned to Mamobi, and an intelligence-led operation is underway to apprehend those who have been identified by the police and bring them to justice.
