OA bus Headed To Techiman Catches Fire At Nsawam
Late Sunday night, a shocking event occurred when an OA Transport Services passenger bus, which was its route from Accra to Techiman, suddenly caught fire close to the town of Nsawam, which is situated along the Accra-Kumasi highway.
Passengers were shaken by the occurrence and became increasingly irate with the way the transport business handled it, particularly in light of the possible loss of personal property.
The bus, which departed Accra at approximately 9 p.m., was reportedly transporting a large number of people on an overnight trip to Techiman in the Bono East area.
All of the passengers were able to successfully exit the truck, therefore no casualties have been reported despite the abrupt and terrifying nature of the incident.
Following the event, OA Transport Services made arrangements for a different vehicle to take the stranded passengers to their final destination in Techiman in an attempt to lessen the impact of the unanticipated disruption.
Nevertheless, despite these initiatives, travelers have become more irate with the way the airline has handled the fallout, especially with regard to what they claim is a lack of support and information regarding possible fire-related damages.
