Ebi Bright, A population actress and initially declared winner of the Tema-Central parliamentary elections, has lost the election following a court-ordered recount and subsequent declaration by the Electoral Commission.
Charles Forson, the NPP Parliamentary Candidate, has been declared the Member of Parliament-elect for Tema-Central.
This declaration overturns the earlier announcement, which had crowned Ebi Bright as the winner of the constituency.
