The National Democratic Congress (NDC) office in Ho has been vandalized and set on fire by several unidentified individuals.
Important equipment, such as computers, fans, photocopiers, and important documents, were destroyed in the fire.
In a timely manner, the Ghana National Fire Service put out the fire and stopped additional damage.
According to preliminary accounts, the incident might have been a response to the recent ministry selections made by President John Dramani Mahama, which did not include a representative from Ho Central.
Some people have reportedly expressed dissatisfaction over this absence.
