Michael Harry Yamson Officially Appointed To Head District Assemblies Common Fund

Michael Harry Yamson has been appointed by the government to be the new Administrator of the District Assemblies Common Fund (DACF), and his job is to increase the fund’s management’s efficiency and transparency.
The appointtee is a seasoned marketing specialist, governance specialist, and business strategist.
He provides a wealth of knowledge from the advising and corporate worlds.
Michael Harry Yamson has been a managing partner of Ishmael Yamson & Associates since 2021 and is currently a board member of Unichem Ghana Group.
During his career, he had executive positions at Unilever, Celtel International, and MTI Ghana Limited, where he focused on market expansion, investment strategy, and brand development.
A graduate of the University of Leeds, Yamson is known for his expertise in innovation, team leadership, and business development.
His appointment is expected to enhance the strategic allocation of the DACF, a crucial mechanism for funding local governance and development projects across Ghana.
