Father And Son Perish In Fatal Crash On Sawla-Tuna Road

A father and his 10-year-old son were killed by an abandoned mini commercial bus on the Sawla-Tuna highway.

In Saguri Sakpari, in the Sawla-Tuna-Kalba area of the Savannah Region, a father and his 10-year-old son were killed by an abandoned mini commercial bus on the Sawla-Tuna highway.

According to reports, the two, who died instantly, were traveling back to Kalba, a district suburb, at night when their car collided with the abandoned accident bus.

Since then, their relatives have buried their bodies at Kalba.

Two weeks before, the minibus had been in a deadly collision with an OA bus headed for Accra-Wa.

Five people on the minibus, including the driver and his companion, perished in that collision. While the OA bus was towed away, the mini bus remained at the scene, hence this tragedy.
