A landlord and tenant have been captured in a messy exchange of blows over unpaid rent.
In the video circulating online, the landlord who was shirtless could be heard raining insults on the young man. He then proceeded to hold him by his shirt.
The young man trying to free himself from the aggressive house owner resulted in a big fight. It got too heated that people could not separate them.

The elderly man lands the first strike on the young man, who began fighting back in turn. Fighting tenants for unpaid rent allowance is prohibited by rent control.
