Abigail Akwambea Mensah Named Acting CEO Of MASLOC By Mahama

Abigail Akwambea Elorm Mensah has been named the Microfinance and Small Loans Center’s (MASLOC) acting CEO by President John Dramani Mahama.
The Secretary to the President, Callistus Mahama, signed a letter on February 12, 2025, stating that the Council of State, which has not yet been established, must be consulted before her nomination is made.
Abigail Akwambea Elorm Mensah was congratulated on her appointment by President Mahama, who asked that she confirm her acceptance within 14 days.
She is currently the ruling National Democratic Congress’s (NDC) Deputy National Women’s Organizer and has been instrumental in the party’s leadership development, stakeholder engagement, and policy creation.
Also she has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Methodist University College, an LLB from the University of London, and a Master of Commerce in Taxation from Pentecost University Graduate School. She also graduated from Koforidua Polytechnic with a Higher National Diploma in Accounting.
Abigail Akwambea Elorm Mensah has advanced to the final level of the Chartered Institute of Taxation Ghana and is a member of the Ghana National ADR Practitioners Association.
