Afua Asantewaa to be conferred chieftaincy title at Breman Essiam.
The Breman Essiam Traditional Council is set to confer a chieftaincy title upon entrepreneur and Guinness World Record attempter Afua Asantewaa Owusu Aduonum.
This is under the leadership of Paramount Chief Odeefuo Afankwa III and Paramount Queen-Mother Nana Efua Esiwaa II, together with the Donkese Festival Planning Committee.
The grand coronation ceremony will take place on Saturday, July 27, 2024, at 1:00 pm in the forecourt of the Chief’s palace in Breman Essiam, located in the Central Region.

Afua Asantewaa, who has garnered acclaim for her entrepreneurial endeavors and her bold attempts to set world records, expressed her excitement and gratitude for this honor.
Reflecting on her journey, she remarked, “When the time is right, everything is perfect. I remember calling myself EFIADAHEMAA publicly the past few years and months until last December when my name changed to Afua Asantewaa Singathon. Little did I know this prestigious moment would come.”
She further extended an invitation to the public to witness her royal feat and a new chapter in her remarkable journey.
