Shrrif Mohammed and Yusif Mubarik are out of the Kumasi Asante Kotoko set-up due to injuries. The porcupine warriors are chasing the Ghana premier league defence.

Defender Christopher Netty has joined Great Olympics. His departure leaves the Red’s defence vulnerable. The club has shortlisted four defenders to welcome before the end of the transfer window.

As reported earlier, Cameronian defender Salomon Charles Banga will join the Porcupine warriors on loan. The defender’s contract is strictly loan with no option to buy. He joins from Sudanese giants Al Hilal.

Accra Hearts Of Oaks target Sylvester Appiah is reported to have agreed to sign for the porcupine warriors. He was recently released by the Zimbabwean club Dynamos FC.

Mohammed Ahhassan is also rumoured to be a porcupine warrior after leaving the oak family. The former Accra Hearts of Oaks deputy captain will be a good signing for the Kumasi-based club.

Former Karela captain Kwadwo Addai has also been shortlisted. His contract with his current club has expired. Addai has been given the green light to join Kumasi Asante Kotoko.
