In an interview with Dekia media, the CEO made a shocking revelation about the challenges he had to face from the inception of his establishment. Many Ghanaians abroad will want to return to contribute their quota to the country’s growth.

Mr Samuel Koduah is a PhD holder in Agriculture and could have stayed in Finland to rake in millions of cedis. He could have stayed and worked for retirement money, but he declined such a decision.

Ghanaians’ attitude towards work has been bizarre compared to their commitment towards religion. According to him, some of his workers started selling his eggs behind his back.

Talking about challenges and loss in the field, he disclosed that one day he lost 20,000 birds due to electricity low-shedding. The cost of those birds was more than half of his capital then.

When asked what kept his going, he attributed his strength to his passion for entrepreneurship and feeding Ghana. His dedication to the agriculture sector is mind-boggling. To the CEO of a business in Ghana is very difficult. This has been the case for many business owners in the country.

As the CEO of Best Birds, he also explained that electrical bills are increasing insanely every month. The bill moved from 800 cedis to 2000 cedis within one month.

He has ten workers actively working day and night at the firm. These workers are well paid to the extent he monitors their spending. His senior worker through the farm has built a four-bedroom apartment. Others have been made to acquire lands for their construction project.
