Cowbell Celebrates 25th Anniversary in Ghana

In honor of the 25th anniversary of its main brand, Cowbell, Promasidor Ghana (PGH), makers of Cowbell powdered milk and other dairy and food seasoning products, unveiled a 12-month schedule of events.

The event, which has as its theme 25 years of feeding Ghana with our creamy deliciousness, highlights Cowbell’s modest origins in 1999 and how it overcame financial difficulties to become a powerful food and beverage brand in Ghana.

During a jubilee thanksgiving ceremony, PGH’s managing director, Festus Tettey, gave a speech to important partners and employees and thanked them for helping to build the brand into what it is today.

PGH’s Commercial Director, Abiodun Ayodeji, recounted some of the celebration’s planned events and stated that the company is now even better equipped to offer top-notch services, cutting-edge food and beverage items, and to start a number of community-benefiting development initiatives.

What he said:

“For as long as many Ghanaians can remember, Cowbell is that iconic brand that keeps supporting students, parents, children, workers and the general public with nutritious milk any day. From our humble beginnings in 1999 till date, we have grown exponentially in product lines and extensions. On behalf of management, I express sincere thanks to past and present staff members for their diligence and commitment to ensuring continued innovation of our great brand.”
