The Electoral Commission has destroyed over 3.6 million ballots in the Eastern Region following the leakage of a defaced ballot paper.
As a result, all affected ballot papers were recalled for reprinting.
Consequently, the special voting in the Eastern and Western Regions has been rescheduled to Thursday, 5th December.
