The Central Region’s Awutu Senya East Municipality’s Kasoa New Market saw the terrible collapse of a multistory building, killing four persons.
Following the collapse of the shop building they were working on, the deaths of a carpenter and three other people were verified.
When the tragedy happened, the workers were on the second level, according to eyewitness Nana Akwesi.
According to him, three people died en route to the hospital, and the carpenter passed away immediately.
