The Ghana Football Association has, through a press release, dissolved the Management committee of the Black Stars. This comes on the heels of the current upheavals bedeviling the senior national team. After a meeting held yesterday, November 21, the Executive Committee took a decision to dissolve the Management Committee and appreciated their services over the years
“Immediate dissolution of the Management Committee of the senior national football team, the Black Stars. In so doing, we sincerely thank the members of the Committee for their service to Ghana Football over the years,” the release stated.
The Black Stars of Ghana failed to qualify for the 2025 Afcon for the first time in 20 years. This situation incurred the wrath of Ghanaians, which further compelled the Executive Committee of the Football Association to hold an emergency meeting to discuss the way-forward
