The Ghanaian creative art space has birthed and nurtured new talents. These talents grow to dominate screens and suddenly lose their lives in devastating incidents.
As we celebrate living legends and performing individuals, let’s take a trip down in memory. Those that lost their life suddenly deserve to be mentioned.

Vybrant Faya.
Emmanuel Kojo Quayeson, known as Vybrant Faya, was a Ghanaian dancehall artist known for his hit song Mampi. His demise was a heavy blow to the team communities. His brand was growing like wildfire in Ghana. He is another Ghanaian talent that died very early. He died on October 23rd 2016.
Ebony Reigns
Priscilla Opoku-Kwarteng, born on 16th February 1997 and died on 8th February 2018, known by her stage name Ebony Reigns, was a Ghanaian dancehall/Afrobeats artist known for her hit songs “Poison” and “Kupe”.
Artist manager Bullet from Ruff n Smooth discovered the talented young girl. She started her primary education at Seven Great Princess Academy in Dansoman, Accra, followed by a high school education at Methodist Girls High School at Mamfe in the Akuapim North District of the Eastern Region, Ghana, though she did not graduate.
She quit high school in pursuit of her music career. She is another Ghanaian talent that died too early and shocked the world. Her demise was a heavy blow to the industry. Ghanaian talents must be protected at all costs to expand the industry.

Suzzy Williams
Suzzy Williams died in September 2005, aged 23 was a well-known Ghanaian television and film actor. She starred in films such as Bloody Mary, Calamity, The Comforter, and Mother’s Heart.
Her career as an actor was launched through the African hit film Together Forever, with a screenplay by US-based Ghanaian producer and screenwriter Leila Djansi.
Williams went to Tema Secondary School. She was a member of the drama group and sang at entertainment programs. Her acting technique was why she is the all-time greatest among Ghanaian talents that died early.
She died in a car crash on the Labadi – Nungua highway at 23. Her bubbly personality and acting skills will forever be remembered as one of Ghana’s great talents. Suzzy was one of the Ghanaian talents whose death was not taken smoothly.
Terry Bonchaka
Terry Bonchaka born Terrence Nii Okang Mensah Adjetey in 1982 was the grandson of Parliament speaker Peter Ala Adjetey and a graduate of Adisadel College. He was a Ghanaian hiplife artist who after a performance died in a car accident. Ghanaian talents that died too young is this guy. Just like Black Sherif, his way of life and music was exceptional.
