Kidnapped Emirates Airlines Services Manager Freed In Police Rescue Operation
The Ghana Police Service has reportedly rescued Sylvia Patience Baah, the Airport Services Manager of Emirates Airlines in Accra, who was abducted.
According to a police statement, Sylvia has been reunited with her relatives.
Sylvia was kidnapped on the evening of Thursday, November 21, 2024, outside her home off of Spintex Road in Accra.
According to the statement, the victim and her family are in high spirits after speaking with Dr. George Akuffo Dampare, the Inspector-General of Police (IGP).
To support the family during this crucial period, a group of police medical officers and professional psychologists has been assigned.
Meanwhile, the Police have assured a search is ongoing to bring the suspects to face justice.
“We would like to take the opportunity to thank all those who gave us pieces of information in the course of our rescue operations in particular and the public in general for their support and cooperation,” parts of the statement read.
