The legal practitioner reiterated that the majority divorces in Ghana are centred on sex. Sex is an integral part of marriage, therefore, very important.
Speaking to Kessben FM, the lawyer advised married couples to communicate their feelings to avoid going through a divorce. The burden of separation has ruined many families.

He blamed the prevalence of social media as part of the reasons which turn adversely give too much pressure on some couples regarding some of the fake things they might have seen on social media.
Furthering his explanation, blamed marriage counsellors. Marriage councillors have failed on the subject of sex in marriages.
The number one cause of divorce if you really listen well is not about properties or something. The bottom line is mostly about sex.
Out of 10 cases I handle, 7 of them are about sex issues. The sex too is based on what they see on social media but in reality, it is not about that.
Sometimes I blame the pastors. They don’t counsel couples well about sex. Even when they talk about it they feel shy to stress much about that. Sex is an integral part of marriage.
