New Modern Premium Vehicle Registration & Driver’s License Center Launched In Accra
At the brand-new Ultra Centre for Licensing and Vehicle Registration Center in Accra, citizens and locals can now submit applications for driver’s licenses and vehicles.
The Center provides applicants with a convenient and comfortable setting to submit their vehicle and license applications in partnership with VFS Global.
Customers can also answer questions and check the status of their applications by calling the dedicated contact center at 0302 918007 or sending an email to info@dvla.gov.gh.
The easily accessible Center will provide a more customized experience and has the capacity to process more applications faster.

Key services at the Ultra Centre will include: driver’s licence renewal, replacement of Licenses, Amendment of records, Missing Licence, International Driving Permit, Foreign License Conversion, Vehicle Registration, International Vehicle Permit.
How to apply for a Licensing and Vehicle Registration service online:
- Visit http://www.dvla.gov.gh/ and select ‘Individual’ or ‘Business’ (for corporates).
- Fill in the required fields to create an online service account with DVLA.
- Log into your DVLA account and select any of the services listed.
- Receive an online invoice for the chosen service and proceed to the service centre.
