In anticipation of the announcement of Energy Minister Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh as the running mate for 2024, hundreds of New Patriotic Party (NPP) supporters have started congregating at Kumasi’s Jubilee Park.
The formal introduction of Otumfuo Osei Tutu, the Asantehene, is the first part of the ceremonial, and chiefs and other dignitaries have assembled at the Manhyia Palace right now.
The Manhyia event is not even close to over, but the crowds at Jubilee Park are anticipating it with great anticipation.
The majority of their attire consists of NPP t-shirts and other accessories.
