Popular Ghanaian comedian OB Amponsah has slammed NAM 1 for announcing the birth of the new Zylofon media while he is in debt.
OB Amponsah took to social media to lash Nana Appiah Mensah, CEO of an embattled gold dealership company and a media house.

NAM 1 announced yesterday, that there is going to be a new Zylofon Media so his followers should anticipate it.
The comedian who happens to be among the long list of clients who have their money locked up in the gold dealership company did not accept the message in good faith.

He asked NAM 1 to pay back their money before launching his new Zylofon media. Moreover, he called him a fraud in a post on Facebook.
Menzgold was asked to suspend its gold trading operations with the public by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in 2018 before the business was finally shut down.
According to the SEC at the time, Menzgold had been dealing in the purchase and deposit of gold collectibles from the public and issuing contracts with guaranteed returns with clients, without a valid license from the Commission.
The SEC said this was in contravention of “section 109 of Act 929 with consequences under section 2016 (I) of the same Act.”
