At Anomabo in the Central Region on Monday, a bus full of young Ivorian citizens on a trip to Ghana was engaged in a sad accident.
When the bus reached the Anomabo Hospital, it veered off the road and crashed, trapping the people inside. This is how the incident happened.
Although the precise reason of the collision is yet unknown, overspeeding has been mentioned by witnesses as a possible contributing factor.
According to reports, multiple people were injured in the crash and one person died.
To turn the bus over and rescue the stranded passengers, some of the victims and bystanders had to work together.
After that, the injured were brought to the nearby hospital to receive medical attention.
