Pakistan: 49 children Drown After Boat Capsizes In Lake
Pakistan was in the news for a mosque explosion and again for another sad event.
According to reports, about 51 people died from the Pakistan boat capsize. Children and teachers have met their untimely death.
The boys, aged between seven and 14, were all students of a madrassa and had been taken for a day trip to the scenic Tanda Dam lake.

Rescuers could not rescue the drowned children and teachers because of the freezing river. Divers were able to dive deep to recover the remaining bodies. The death toll has now risen.
The bodies of a teacher and one skipper were also pulled from the water bringing the death toll to 51. Scores died in the blast on Monday, now, school children.
Every time a body was recovered from the scene, they would jump onto the diver to see if it was their son and every time we would hear them screaming in pain and anguish. A diver explained.
