
Mustapha Gbande, the Deputy General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), has been named Deputy Director of Operations at the Presidency.
Gbande, an experienced politician and strategist, has played an important role in the NDC, helping to shape the party’s election plans and grassroots campaigns.
His new role at the Presidency is seen as a strategic decision to make use of his skills in operations and administration.
