There have been reports of two fatalities and multiple injuries following an accident at Nangode, in the Upper East region’s Nabdam district.
The incident happened early on Friday morning.
After the driver allegedly gave his friend the driving wheel, the bus they were riding in crashed and flipped over.
Sadly, the bus overturned after the mate lost control when the bus struck a speed ramp.
Emmanuel Adam Iddrisu, a passenger, informed Citi News in Accra that the bus was coming from Kumasi.
“We were headed to Garu and loaded in Kumasi at Adehyeman, close to Kejetia. He related, “The driver applied the brake, lost balance, and the car struck the bridge.”
