West Ham To Sign German Attaker Fullkrug For £27m

In order to acquire Germany attacker Niclas Fullkrug from Borussia Dortmund, West Ham has agreed to pay a sum of £27 million.

The 31-year-old, who joined the Bundesliga team in a £12.6 million deal last summer from Werder Bremen, finished as the team’s runner-up in the Champions League with 15 goals in 46 games in his debut season.

Despite not starting a game, Fullkrug scored two goals to help his country, Germany, advance to the quarterfinals of the 2024 European Cup.

In addition to holding talks for Colombian attacker Jhon Duran of Aston Villa, the Hammers are looking for a striker.

The Wolves captain Max Kilman, who cost £40 million, goalkeeper Wes Foderingham from Sheffield United, and Brazilian winger Luis Guilherme, who cost £25.5 million from Palmeiras, are already under new manager Julen Lopetegui’s contract.

The Dutch attacker Crysencio Summerville of Leeds United and full-back Aaron Wan-Bissaka of Manchester United are other targets for the Hammers.
