Ahkan, who was a member of the hip-hop duo Ruff ‘N’ Smooth, has renamed himself Kwaysi.
Kwaysi, who was then known as Osrane, and his groupmate Bullet produced a number of hits during their Ruff ‘N’ Smooth days. They can be credited with songs like “Azingele,” “Dance for Me,” and “Swagga.”
Kwaysi has put out several tracks as a solo artist; the most recent is the remix of “Never Broke Again.” Fameye is featured in the song.
In this song, Kwaysi expresses his belief that we must never stop inspiring ourselves to pursue prosperity in light of the present events occurring worldwide.
