Bawumia Starts Construction of Gambaga Sports Complex

In Gambaga, North East Region, there was great excitement as Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, the Vice President and NPP Flagbearer, broke ground for a new sports complex today.

The project aims to provide modern sports facilities for the youth in Gambaga and nearby areas, as well as serve as a social hub for the entire community.

During the sod-cutting ceremony, attended by many enthusiastic youth, Dr. Bawumia highlighted that the completed Gambaga Sports Complex will offer a platform for young talent to shine in sports and provide teams with a quality playing field.

Wembley Sports, the contractor for the project funded by Ghana Gas, has pledged to finish the construction within five months. The project encompasses various amenities such as a 1000-seater grandstand, a VIP section, restroom facilities for both teams and spectators, changing rooms, and office spaces, among other features.
