Black Stars Depart For Morocco Today For AFCON Qualifier Against Niger

Today, the Ghanaian Black Stars will travel to Morocco in order to be ready for their second Group F match against Niger.

The four-time African champions took on Angola in their opening match of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifying tournament on Thursday at Baba Yara Stadium.

Sadly, Milson’s late goal proved to be the game-winning goal, as Angola took all three points.

With their match against Niger set for Monday, September 9, at the Stade Municipal de Berkane, kickoff at 16:00 GMT, the Black Stars are currently in route to Berkane, Morocco.

Otto Addo and his group will train for two days prior to taking on the Menas of Niger.

Ghana, who lost to Angola and are currently third in the group, will be looking to get their first points of the campaign against Niger.
