Dreams FC Earns Nomination For CAF Male Club Of The Year Award

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has nominated Dreams FC for Male Club of the Year.

Their remarkable performance in the CAF Confederation Cup, where they advanced to the semifinals in their first season, has earned them this honor.

Unfortunately, they lost against FC Zamalek, the eventual champions, and their adventure came to an end there.

Atletico Petroleos, Young Africans, Simba SC, TP Mazembe, Zamalek, Mamelodi Sundowns, ES Tunis, RS Berkane, and the defending African champions Al Ahly are among the formidable field of competitors the Ghana Premier League team will face for the honor.

After a star-studded celebration last year, Marrakech, Morocco, will host the event for the third year in a row. The awards ceremony is set for December 16, 2024.

The precise commencement time for the awards will soon be announced by CAF.

The renowned CAF African Player of the Year honors in both the men’s and women’s divisions are the culmination of the CAF Awards, which honor exceptional accomplishments in club and national competitions.
