The ladies’ dormitory at Jacobu Senior High Technical School in the Ashanti Region’s Amansie Central District was completely destroyed by a terrible fire.
The pupils are in a depressed mood as a result of the fire, which happened a few days before they were supposed to start their final examinations (WASSCE).
Along with the dorm, the students’ personal belongings, practical tools, clothes, and educational materials were all reduced to ashes by the fire.
It is also troubling that the students lost their practical instruments because they were essential to their exam preparation.
Authorities are looking into the incident, and the origin of the fire is still unknown.
The impacted pupils are already pleading for assistance to help them get over this terrible event and resume educational activities.
