Ghana’s Mohammed Kudus says he is happy with the confidence entrusted in him at Tottenham Hotspur which allows him to be more creative and flexible.
Kudus is only behind Manchester City’s Jeremy Doku as one of the leading dribblers in the Premier League.
According to the 25-year-old, Spurs offers him the freedom which encourages him to take on players.
“Taking on the player. I just keep trying over and over again,” he said on the Premier League’s UNCUT.
“Even if I don’t succeed one, two, three times, I keep trying, you know, and happy to be in an environment where I’m being encouraged to also keep trying, you know, not playing safe after not succeeding one or two times because the third time might be a chance or a goal
“You know, it means a lot to be in an environment where you are appreciated and understood by the players around, staff, to get you in a position where you can use your personal attributes to have an impact for the team, you know, and I get that a lot here, you know.
“So I’m really happy about that encouragement, and I really hold that in high regard because I’m not restricted.”
Kudus joined the North London out from their Premier League rivals West Ham United in the summer transfer window, and has already contributed five goals in the league.
