The Accra High Court has ordered the Electoral Commission to proceed with collating and declaring the parliamentary results for the Nsawam Adoagyiri Constituency.
Nsawam Adoagyiri is one of the constituencies which collation reached an impasse due to chaotic scenes which fraught the collation processes.
The National Democratic Congress (NDC) subsequently secured an injuction on the electoral process and was acknowledged by the Electoral Commission.
The High Court,today, has ordered the Electoral Commission to continue with the process and declare the results.
