Jack Grealish shared a video of himself on social media while working out at Juventus-owned facilities in the midst of England’s disastrous European Championships run.
Manchester City’s Grealish, left out by England, relaxes in Italy, sharing a video playing football at Juventus’s training pitch, captioned: “Perfect weather at 8pm, 25 degrees.”
The pitch is probably for one of the younger academy teams at Juventus. It is part of the academy’s infrastructure. Rather than signing with the Bianconeri, it is more likely that Grealish received permission from the team to practice football while on vacation in Italy.
Grealish had a tough season with just two goals and assists in the Premier League. His form led to him being left out of the England squad. Despite England’s left side struggles, fans might miss his presence.
Before the start of the preseason, Grealish will rejoin Manchester City for his third season as a member of the Premier League winners. The Englishman is keen to get past his inconsistent play from the previous season and reclaim his left-wing position for City.
