During the current summer transfer window, Ghanaian international Jordan Ayew has secured a deal to Leicester City, joining the Premier League returnees.
Ayew, who played 212 games for Crystal Palace, signed a £5 million contract with the East Midlands, with an additional £7.5 million contingent on performance-related bonuses.
Together with Jamie Vardy, the 32-year-old forward adds significant experience to Steve Cooper’s team as the Foxes prepare for this Saturday’s showdown against Fulham.
Ayew has made 275 Premier League games for three different clubs. Of those matches, he has scored 23 goals for Palace. He participated in 37 Eagles games during the previous campaign, helping the team score 11 goals (4 goals and 7 assists).
