Fast-rising Ghanaian artist Kweku Darlington has recounted the struggles he went through as an underground act which has been a motivation.

Kweku Darlington in an interview talked about his days as an underground act where he has to put in more effort to become a mainstream artiste.

He told MC Kiki in an interview on Afro614 Multimedia’s ‘Afro Drive’ in the United States of America that he became a cleaner at studios to settle recording fees.

He did this as a support system to record songs since he has no money. He also uses WhatsApp as the only medium to promote his songs.
