NBA player LeBron James wrote on his personal X account that “the choice is clear to me” in support of Kamala Harris.
The resident of Akron, Ohio, continued by saying that his family inspired him to support the Democratic candidate.
“What are we even talking about here?? When I think about my kids and my family and how they will grow up, the choice is clear to me,” he wrote, before adding: “VOTE KAMALA HARRIS!!!”
James is one of many celebrities who have thrown their support for Harris in recent weeks.
Arnold Schwarzenegger, the former Republican governor of California, backed the vice president on X this week, while Beyoncé and Bruce Springsteen both joined her at campaign rallies earlier this month.
Trump has received the support of Elon Musk, Kanye West, and Buzz Aldrin, the second man to set foot on the moon.
