Mourinho Affirms Preparedness for Next Challenge

Jose Mourinho says he’s eager to get back into coaching and feels fully prepared for his next job.

The experienced Portuguese coach, known for his tactical skills and love for winning trophies, has announced his readiness for the next coaching opportunity. Rumors tie him to clubs like Chelsea and Newcastle United. His managerial career is full of successes, challenges, and unwavering ambition.

Mourinho’s recent tenure at AS Roma came to an unexpected halt in January 2024 when the club’s owners, Dan and Ryan Friedkin, parted ways with him. AS Roma’s position at ninth place in the Serie A standings at the time of his exit marked a disappointing turn in Mourinho’s illustrious career. Despite this setback, Mourinho is now prepared to start afresh within just a few months.

During an interview with Fabrizio Romano, Mourinho made it crystal clear that he’s eager to return to the sidelines.

I’m ready to start again. I don’t need to rest or think as usually happens… I’m really ready. I don’t need to rest or think as usually happens – I’m ready. I’m strong and good, I’m really ready but I don’t want to make the wrong choice. I have to be patient. My objective is to start again next summer.”
