Rev Kusi Boateng Secures 10-day Restraining Order Against Okudzeto Ablakwa

Founder and leader of Action Chapel International, Rev Kusi Boateng, has secured a 10-day restraining order against Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa.

Rev. Kusi Boateng, also known as Kwabena Adu Gyamfi, secured a restraining order against MP for the North Tongu constituency, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa. The member of parliament brought out documents that indite the clergyman of foul play.

Mr Ablakwa has mounted a spirited campaign against Rev. Kusi Boateng, whom he accused of having a dual identity. Okudzeto petitioned CHRAJ to investigate the man of God for alleged fraudulent activity.

Rev Kusi Boateng is the Secretary of the Board of Trustees of the National Cathedral. He has been accused of a conflict of interest following some monies he received from the National Cathedral Board of Trustees under a different name. The documents published by the member of parliament show the respected clergyman indeed has a dual identity.

The North Tongu legislator also insisted that the pastor has two TINs produced on different occasions and in some instances, two different dates of birth.

Mr Ablakwa has already petitioned the Commission on Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) over the issue.

In the latest development, the man of God has scored a partial win against the member of Parliament. He has denied any wrongdoing and levelled the allegations against him as twist and turn.
