Nsoatreman FC, the FA Cup winners, has named Yaw Preko as their new head coach.
The Nsoatre-based club has inked a two-year contract with the former Ghana International.
Maxwell Konadu, who joined Black Leopards, a second-tier team in South Africa, has been replaced by Preko.
Last month, Konadu guided Nsoatreman FC to an FA Cup success at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium when they overcame Bofoakwa Tano on penalties.
Next season, Preko will take the team’s captaincy as they make their inaugural CAF Confederation Cup appearance.
Having being fired by Great Olympics in June 2023, he has not been a member of the club management team.
Preko was recently named the Ghana Football Association’s U-15 team’s head coach.
