Ibrahim Osman Set To Join Feyenoord On Loan From Brighton

Ibrahim Osman, a Ghana international, will leave Brighton & Hove Albion to sign a long-term loan with Feyenoord in the Dutch Eredivisie.

Osman was a member of Brighton’s squad for their pre-season tour before to the start of the new football season. Osman joined the Seagulls from Danish side FC Nordsjaellad on a five-year deal during the winter transfer window.

However, the 19-year-old will join Feyenoord on a long-season loan agreement without a buyout option, per trade guru Fabrizio Romano.

He is anticipated to go through his required medical examination and be introduced to the club’s supporters on Wednesday.

Osman, who scored six goals and provided seven assists in 26 games during his productive time in Denmark, might gain from going on loan to Feyenoord.

This strategy is similar to that of Simon Adingra and Kaoru Mitoma, who were both loaned out to acquire experience prior to joining Brighton’s first squad.

Following in the footsteps of fellow Ghanaian prospects Mohammed Kudus and Kamaldeen Sulemana, as well as Ernest Nuamah, who all moved from the academy to European clubs, Osman is a graduate of the Right To Dream Academy.
