The new commercial center of Hearts of Oak has been formally taken over by the board of directors.

The transfer ceremony took place in Accra on Tuesday, July 30, 2024.

Togbe Afede XIV, the club’s majority shareholder, as well as fellow board members Vincent Sowah Odotei and Akwasi Agyemang, CEO of the Ghana Tourism Authority, were among the notable attendees.

An official statement highlighted that these enhancements, including ongoing work at Kpobiman, are part of their strategic plans to make Hearts of Oak competitive globally.

The new Phobia House is an ultra-modern complex for various club offices, the first of its kind in Ghana. This marks a significant step in improving the club’s infrastructure and standing.

Hearts of Oak are preparing for the new season, aiming to strengthen their squad after finishing 14th last season. They will start their 2024/25 Ghana Premier League campaign with a home game against Basake Holy Stars at the Accra Sports Stadium.
