In order to be ready for the Ghanaian football season of 2024–2025, Accra Hearts of Oak has confirmed the recruitment of seven new players.
Ransford Mensah, who is joining from Danbort FC, was introduced by the Phobian Club on Monday, August 19. The promising Ramzy Yussif joins from New Edubiase FC, and Isshak Saani Mohammed has also joined with Soccer4souls FC.
Hussein Mohammed comes from Debibi United, Kwabena Boateng from Legon Cities, and Mawuli Wayo and Yahaya Draman from Bibiani Gold Stars.
Hearts of Oak have already recruited seven players to their roster for the upcoming season, bringing their total to eleven.
The Rainbow Club is adding players to its roster after a difficult 2023–24 Ghana Premier League campaign in which they won 3-2 over Bechem United on the final day to guarantee their league status.
Hearts of Oak are in Asutsu finishing their preseason work; the new season is scheduled to begin on September 6.
At the Accra Sports Stadium, Aboubakar Ouattara and his team will play the debutantes Basake Holy Stars.
