Nigerian Afrobeat sensational CKay has made history in the USA with his hit song love nwantiti.
Ckay was presented a gold plaque for his 2021 song Love Nwantiti. His music certification award was given to him during his TikTok live performance on February 9, 2022, making it his first certification of such. The song was also certified gold in the United States in January 2022.
The song was released under Chocolate City in 2019. The remix with Joeboy and Kwami Eugene became an anthem. Love Nwantiti became an instant hit across Africa.
