“Any man without GH₵200,000 in his account isn’t ready for marriage” – Ruth Owusu

Ruth Owusu Boateng has advised Ghanaian men to prioritise financial stability before taking the decision to get married.
In a post shared on Facebook, she argued that men should work towards building a strong financial foundation and have a stable source of income before entering marriage.
According to her, a man should have more than GH¢200,000 in his bank account before considering himself financially prepared for marriage.
“As a man, if you don’t have more than GH¢200,000 in your account, you are not ready for marriage,” she stated.
Ruth Owusu Boateng encouraged men to focus on improving their financial situation, building sustainable sources of income and adequately preparing for the responsibilities that come with marriage.
